**Overview**:
We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Strategy and Campaign Specialist for our client in Property. This role involves developing and executing both short-term and long-term marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive sales. Initially, the focus will be on defining and implementing marketing strategies and resources, with an emphasis on design, branding, and campaign management. Over time, the role will evolve into a more strategic and ongoing marketing leadership position.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Short-Term Marketing Responsibilities (Immediate Focus)**:
**Brand Strategy Blueprint**:
- Develop a specialist brand strategy for our client in property to ensure cohesive branding across all marketing content.
**Service-Specific Marketing Strategies**:
- Design marketing strategies for each of the three services and target avatars for immediate implementation.
**Website & Landing Pages Review**:
- Review and assess the current website, landing pages, and marketing materials, providing actionable recommendations or complete redesign to ensure cohesive brand representation.
- Implement necessary software or technologies to enhance user experience, streamline booking/sales/download processes, and optimize the customer journey.
**Graphic Design for Resources**:
- Lead the design of digital resources (brochures, investor packs, 12-month roadmaps, landlord advisory materials) aligned with brand identity and each target avatar.
- Copy will be provided, along with a bank of photos.
**Long-Term Marketing Responsibilities (Ongoing Focus)**:
**Comprehensive Marketing Strategy**:
- Maintain and continuously assess the overall marketing strategy, optimizing for performance based on analytics.
**Brand Voice Consistency**:
**Client Retention & Brand Authority**:
- Develop strategies to build brand authority, improve client retention, and expand the client base.
**Marketing Automation**:
- Automate marketing funnels and track KPIs to drive performance improvements and operational efficiency.
**Software & Tool Integration**:
- Utilize available software for scheduling, creation, CRM, and explore new tools that enhance operations and engagement.
**Campaign Management for Ongoing Projects**:
- Create and execute marketing campaigns for events, projects, or products throughout the year.
**Content Planning & Scheduling**:
**Lead Generation & Nurturing**:
**Ad Campaigns**:
- Manage digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and continuously optimize them for performance.
**SEO, PPC & Digital Marketing**:
**Analytics & Data-Driven Decisions**:
- Analyze data to refine strategies and optimize marketing efforts.
**Community Engagement**:
- Foster community engagement through social media and other platforms to strengthen relationships with clients and prospects.
**Public Relations & Networking**:
- Identify and pursue PR opportunities, networking events, and speaking engagements to promote the brand.
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- **Marketing Strategy Development**: Proven ability to create and execute comprehensive marketing plans within defined budgets, achieving measurable ROI.
- **Graphic Design**: Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) for creating visuals and marketing materials.
- **Video Marketing**: Experience creating video content for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram Reels.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Ability to interpret and analyze data using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and others.
- **Campaign Management**: Experience running successful ad campaigns and managing A/B testing to optimize performance.
- **Automation Tools**: Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Zapier) for setting up funnels and content scheduling.
- **Project Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams. Familiarity with project management tools is a plus (Asana, Clockify).
- **Sales Integration**: Understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and how marketing integrates with the sales process.
**Optional Skills**:
- Familiarity with **Asana** for project management.
- Experience using **Clockify** for time tracking and reporting.
