Join our innovative and dynamic digital marketing agency as a remote Sales Agent and play a crucial role in expanding our client base. We're seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about digital marketing and sales, capable of working remotely and independently.
**Responsibilities**:
- Actively seek, identify, and pursue potential leads and clients for our digital marketing services, utilizing remote communication methods effectively.
- Conduct thorough follow-ups with leads to facilitate the sales process and build lasting client relationships.
- Represent our agency professionally and effectively articulate our services' value propositions to potential clients.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in sales, particularly in the digital marketing industry, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated and able to work remotely with access to a stable internet connection, Wi-Fi, and personal devices necessary for remote work.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to various client needs and preferences.
- Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
**Compensation Structure**:
This position is commission-only, with compensation provided through commissions, target bonuses, retainers, and performance bonuses. Specific details regarding retainers and performance bonuses will be discussed after three months during the contract review.
**Location Preference**:
**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R17,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
