**Responsibilities**:
Proactively identify and pursue potential leads and clients for our digital marketing services using effective remote communication methods.

Engage in comprehensive follow-ups with leads to streamline the sales process and foster enduring client relationships.

Present our agency in a professional manner and eloquently convey the value propositions of our services to potential clients.

**Requirements**:

- Prior sales experience, especially within the digital marketing industry, is advantageous though not mandatory.
- Self-motivation is key, coupled with the ability to work remotely, equipped with a stable internet connection and necessary personal devices.
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to diverse client needs and preferences.
- Driven by targets and oriented towards achieving results.

Compensation Structure:
This role operates on a commission-only basis, offering compensation through commissions, target bonuses, retainers, and performance bonuses. Details concerning retainers and performance bonuses will be discussed after three months during the contract review.

Location Preference:
**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R17,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliable commuting or planning for relocation before commencement of work (required)
