**Responsibilities**:
**Role Purpose**
**Main Responsibilities**
- Create documentation artifacts such as User Guides, Process Flow Charts, Project Plans, and Test Plans
- Ensure the build of the solution is meeting the project objectives, keeping the original problem statement top of mind, and ensuring the technology investment provides the expected ROI and value
- Develop and execute the global TA learning strategy and plan
- Design scripts and ‘pitches’ that Sourcers and Recruiters will in their speech to hunt talent
- Managing Recruiter and Hiring Manager enrolment for training, schedule training sessions and organising the resources to facilitate training programmes
- Schedule and co-ordinate arrangements for TA learning activities, sending out appropriate pre-course information to delegates in advance of training, supporting follow-up activity, and recording any activity on the Expleo Learning Management System
- Record TA training attendance, keep training records up to date and reporting regularly on activity, impact, and evaluation
- Advertise and promote learning initiatives to generate engagement

- Strong understanding of engineering and technology industries
- Understanding of recruiter skills development needs
- Create training content and plans
