**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare valuation models and excel datapacks for assignments
- Prepare proposals to be sent out to clients and potential clients
- Produce initial / draft reports for review by senior managers across all assignments (including: changes after reviews and client feedback)
- Assignments may include:

- Business valuations (including goodwill reviews)
- Option valuations
- Financial modelling
- Due diligence
- Transaction advisory
- Ensure all relevant parties are kept informed and involved through the engagement

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Honours (or equivalent degree) in Finance
- CA(SA) / Completed SAICA Articles
- An interest in and basic understanding of the Corporate Finance environment
- Professional services experience desirable
- Able to work in a team
- Analytical ability;
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships;
- Solving problems using a combination of intuition and analytics and ability to make sound, well researched recommendations to clients;
- Ability to deal with clients including CEOs on a daily basis;
- Good communicator with a sound grasp of English;
- Dedicated and committed - will need to work long hours at times to meet deadlines;
- Good report writing skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills
- Shows strong initiative
- Strong excel skills and ability to work with Microsoft office (Word, Powerpoint etc)
