**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth through strong client relationships and innovative sales strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with apartment owners.
- Driving corporate and monthly guest contracts.
- Growing new revenue streams and partnerships.
- Representing the Smart City Stays brand with professionalism and energy.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales (hospitality, property, or B2B contracts preferred)
- Strong relationship-building skills - confident, proactive, and trustworthy.
- Target-driven with the ability to close deals and manage pipelines.
- A natural communicator who can represent a premium brand.
