SAP COE Job grade/level S6 Core Description
Responsible for maintaining and supporting the overall risk information and Compliance portfolio within the BCX SAP COE. Key Deliverables / Primary Functions Engage with SAP Account Executives for license deals and renewals. Ensure timely completion of SAP license audits and accurate billing for new licenses and maintenance. Maintain SAP license reconciliation records to align costs and revenues. Manage and store governance and compliance documentation on the contracts management portal. Stay updated on SAP licensing options, including cloud and Partner Managed Cloud (PMC) requirements. Communicate regularly with SAP stakeholders to maintain BCX's visibility and relevance. Forward relevant SAP literature, training, and events to SAP COE Team leads. Coordinate and submit required information to SAP, ensuring all necessary authorisations and NDAs are in place. Contribute to maintaining PCOE compliance and valid partner status by providing necessary information. Monitor PE Sell and Service authorizations monthly. Ensure effective utilization of MDF funds on approved initiatives. Manage S-user access rights, ensuring accurate reflection of the SAP COE workforce. 5 years’ experience in Governance and Compliance

Grade 12 with 7 years’ experience in Governance and Compliance Certifications Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry Level of Engagement & Span of Control Span of Control
