**Ops Specialist**: Data Insights and Process Automation Business Unit Operate Department Business Performance Job grade/level S6 Reports To Snr Specialist: Pricing & Profitability
Core Description
The Ops Specialist for Data Insights and Process Automation is responsible for supporting the effective operational management and deployment of data-driven insights and process automation solutions. This role focuses on ensuring smooth execution, resource allocation, risk management, and process optimization, contributing to the overall goals of the Data Insights and Process Automation strategy. Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
- Align operational activities with the Data Insights and Process Automation strategy, translating goals into actionable tasks.
- Facilitate solution delivery within scope, timelines, and budget, ensuring seamless integration into operations.
- Assist in resource planning, optimizing tools, technology, and personnel across multiple projects.
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, leveraging automation for better performance.
- Identify operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them while maintaining compliance with standards.
- Maintain service continuity through disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and clear communication with stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure they meet company standards and support project success.
- Assist in budget management, tracking expenditures and ensuring alignment with financial targets.
- Monitor performance metrics, using data-driven insights to achieve operational excellence.
- Foster a collaborative team culture, promoting engagement, performance, and professional development.

3 years’ experience in data insights, process automation, or related operational roles.
OR
5 years’ experience in data insights, process automation, or related operational roles Certifications Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry Level of Engagement & Span of Control Span of Control 0 Level of Engagement Engagement will all levels within the organisation, internal and external to the business
