S6 Core Description
- Build and gather external market intelligence, industry trends and labour market conditions to assist in shaping the desired Talent Acquisition approach within the assigned BU.
- Align to the go-to-market Talent Acquisition strategy, to support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion imperatives.
- Coordinate with key internal stakeholders, including Line Management, Employee Experience Centre, Employee Relations, and Reward to deliver seamless sourcing, selection and placement, and consulting services to the assigned BU.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment success criteria per skills area, including the associated assessment tools, interview guidelines and selection methodologies within the assigned BU.
- Perform job analyses, unpack core job requirements, contracting types and timeframe requirements to fill vacant positions, in partnership with the Strategic People Lead team and key internal BU stakeholders.
- Gather and track Talent analytics, regarding the effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition process, to support the ongoing maintenance of accurate sourcing dashboards and related metrics.

Minimum 3 Years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Talent Management, or Human Resources Management environment, within a large organisation.

If the highest qualification is grade 12, Minimum 5 Years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Talent Management, or Human Resources Management environment, within a large organisation.
