Introduction

Company in the Earthmoving industry looking for; Hardworking, reliable person with good administrative skills to be assist with accounts administration.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Carrying out of administrative duties; filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
- Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets (cashbook, supplier payments, recons, etc.)
- Generating supplier and customer credit notes
- Maintaining system data integrity (customers, suppliers & employees)
- File and capture all receipts and invoices
- Reconcile supplier & customer statements
- Data capturing (bank, purchase orders, invoices, credit notes etc.)

Desired Experience & Qualification

Required Qualification:

- Matric (Senior Certificate)

Advantage Skills:

- Currently studying / or completed course in finance field
- Friendly disposition
- Systems experience (QuickBooks, Pastel, SAP, Xerox Etc.)
- Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
- Proficient in Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers & suppliers (Telephonically & Electronically)

Package & Remuneration

R7,500.00 pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R7,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- accounts/admin: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Drivers (preferred)
