- Host visiting guests and members, for wine tastings and events
- Processing of order and membership, maintaining /updating of ecommerce platform
- Perform administrative duties such as mailing list data entry and mining of information; follow-up phone calls and other duties assigned.
- Oversee the scheduling and dispatch of daily orders
- Answer the phone in a prompt and courteous manner and assist guests with scheduling wine club enquiries, placing telephone order and general enquiries.
- Planning of the Wine Club and adhoc private events
- Maintain the Wine Club database
- Assisting the Manager with daily administration
- Assists with regular inventory counts / stock management

**Qualifications**:

- 2 - 3 year’s experience in a similar position
- Strong and effective written and verbal communications skills.
- Possess a positive, friendly attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent planning, organisational and administrative skills
- Valid drivers license and reliable transport
- Available to work weekends and evenings as or if required
