**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Supervisor located in Franschhoek. The Security Supervisor will oversee daily security operations, manage physical security measures, and ensure the safety of passengers and staff. Responsibilities include supervising security staff, coordinating with management, handling customer service issues, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Proven Supervisory Skills and experience in managing security staff
- Strong knowledge of Physical Security measures and practices
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Operations Management and coordination with management teams
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant security certifications and training are a plus
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in security management or related field
- PRISA certification (s) preferred

**Requirements**:

- Willing to relocate and/or commute to the business location
- Own a reliable vehicle
- Hold a valid driving licence
- Able to respond to safety and security situations

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Franschhoek, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
