**Requirements**:

- Experience: Marketing
- English
- Marketing or BCom Degree
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Social media management experience
- PC literate (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Own vehicle

**Responsibilities**:

- Create store specific marketing campaigns to grow sales and increase business engagement
- Assist stores (incl franchisees) in any listing or marketing queries, creation, development and implementation of a local store marketing programmes that build consumer awareness, sign-ups, participation and sales and revenues.
- Visit stores and post unique content per store.
Grow the store’s customer database.
- Deliver great service to franchisees and/or managers.
- Provide Local business marketing training at a local level
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement local initiatives instore and especially on social media channels.
- Report on initiatives vs sales to show ROI.
- Liaise with Centre Marketing Mangers to capture all opportunities via the mall - from digital to physical ad space in the mall.
- Ensure Food Lover’s Market is posted on the centre’s online channels and run competitions with the shopping centres.
- Take part in community forums such as local Facebook Neighborhood Facebook groups.
- Focus and promote each store’s features and relevant menus, offerings (e.g. hot food menus, catering platter pricelists, baked orders)
- Create Facebook shops of the orderable items such as platters and cakes.
- Share the store’s CSI, sponsorships and other good news stories, to create more human connection between the store and it’s customers.

in the community” and your local weekly shopping destination. This position will be based at Gateway, Centurion report directly to the Head of Digital Marketing.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

- JHB/ PTA-based, travel to store required, days in office required in Centurion office.
- Strengthen the brand through location marketing, social media marketing and campaign execution.
- Responsibilities include creating relationship with store managers, reginal managers, franchisees, and franchise managers, to learn about their needs and capabilities
- Build the location pages on Google and Facebook, ensure their correctness, and keep them active, and grow the followers to the benefit of stores.
- Grow and communicate to databases
- Should we move to loyalty app, the communication component will grow to include specific learnings from the app’s data
- Supporting the marketing and operations departments.
