**Requirements**:
Five-plus years relevant call center outbound sales or sales cold-calling, and/or
Five-plus years relevant appointment-setting experience.
Running/conducting client/sales outbound calling surveys.
Outbound cold and warm calling of leads and prospects on database.
Setting up sales meetings and/or appointments.
Good business English skills (written and oral).
Customer engagement/support experience.
Connecting with potential clients and prospects over LinkedIn.
Welcome calls to engage and greet new clients/members.
Assisting with client and member engagement, client support and retention.
Building positive working relationships with clients and members to increase repeat business, cross-selling and upselling.
Notifications to managers of trends and concerns seen or noted.
Ability to work into the evening for US time zone.
