We’re growing rapidly and are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Appointment Generator to help drive our business forward by identifying potential leads and securing appointments with decision-makers.

As an Appointment Generator, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients and identifying opportunities for meetings or consultations. Your primary goal will be to generate qualified appointments for our sales team, helping them convert leads into long-term relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive mindset, and the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team to discuss our products/services
- Research and identify new potential clients within target markets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Manage follow-up communications to ensure high conversion rates
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies
- Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly appointment-setting targets
- Provide exceptional service and build rapport with prospects throughout the outreach process

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in lead generation, sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting (preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on persuasion and relationship-building
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with cold calling and generating appointments from scratch
