**Customer Services Administrator - Durban**
**The opportunity that awaits you**:
Our client which is a leader in the manufacturing warehousing space. They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their Admin team to handle several orders and tracking all incoming and existing orders. They are a team orientated type of company with a large scale of roughly 1 000 employees in different Countries.
**Your key responsibilities**:
As a Customer Services Administrator, you will be responsible for processing and ensuring Customer orders. You too will be responsible for arranging orders in a manner which is in accordance with terms and conditions of the sale. Other responsibilities include, liaising with the logistics department and warehousing department to ensure smooth processes, review, and clean-up of open orders to ensure validity of sales and finance reports.

**Our required expertise**:
- Matric 12 Qualification or any Tertiary Qualification (Sales, Business Admin, Marketing)
- Time Management skills
- Processing of Customer orders on an ERP System (Enterprise Resource Planning)
- Filling signed orders confirmations within prescribed timelines.
- Detailed Orientated
**Your reward**:
R 150 000,00 per annum - R 200 000, 00 per annum
