**Job Purpose**:**
Responsible and accountable for co-ordinating projects administrative activities of the project office within the Human Capital Unit.**

This post reports to PROJECT MANAGER

**Key Responsibility Areas**:
Coordinate and administer all adhoc projects from the Office of the Deputy Head (HR Shared Services).

Update system relative to projects timelines, allocated resources, milestones and achievements, constraints etc.

Assist with project rollout and implementation.

Arranging and confirming the venue, date and time of meetings with all relevant stakeholders.

Communicating with internal departments and/ or external service providers in respect if catering requirements for specific sessions.

Scheduling of all the required project implementation training interventions.

Maintaining all training schedules and records relative to course name, venue, date, attendees, duration and cost.

**Essential Requirements**:
Matric or Grade 12 plus a certificate in Project Management.

2 Years relevant experience.

**Preferred Requirements**:
Relevant 3 year tertiary qualification, i.e. National Diploma or Degree.

Valid motor vehicle drivers license (Code B).

3 Years relevant experience.
