Are you a passionate hospitality professional with a flair for leadership and a love for customer service? Hoghouse Brewing Company, a busy bakery & café, is seeking an experienced **Front of House Floor Supervisor** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise the front of house team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests have an enjoyable experience.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and baristas to ensure timely service.
- Manage floor staff schedules, assign duties, and oversee their performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards of the dining area.
- Monitor inventory levels of front-of-house supplies and coordinate replenishment.
- Train and mentor new staff members to uphold café standards.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Grade 12
- 2-3 years previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in hospitality, preferably in a café or restaurant.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity, honesty and ethics
- A passion for excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Own transport / reliable means of travel as we are not located on a main transport route.
- Must be able to attend an in person interview.
