Youll work closely with management, lead by example on the floor, and help deliver a consistently positive guest experience.Candidate Responsibilities:Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including opening and closing procedures Supervise, motivate, and support the service team during busy shifts Provide warm, efficient, and professional customer service at all times Handle customer queries and resolve issues with a proactive, friendly approach Manage cash-ups, till operations, and basic administration Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and smooth service flow throughout the café Assist with staff training, shift planning, and operational support Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to brand standards Candidate Requirements:Previous experience in a supervisory or senior waitron role within a café or restaurant environment Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong customer service orientation with a positive, can-do attitude Organised, reliable, and able to multitask under pressure Passionate about healthy food, sustainability, and community Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends This is a live-out role.
