Seventynine Digital is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Business Operations Manager. As the Business Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in running the company on a day-to-day basis and overseeing its overall operations. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the ICT industry, excellent marketing skills, and the ability to drive business growth and innovation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the company's daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of all business activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote the company's services, drive customer acquisition, and enhance brand awareness within the ICT industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the company's market presence and revenue streams.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Lead the proposal writing process for tenders and business proposals, ensuring high-quality submissions that effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute the company's strategic vision and goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, driving new ideas, processes, and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Proven experience in business operations management within the ICT industry, with a focus on marketing and business development.
- Strong knowledge of digital design, website design, software development, data analytics, and IT support.
- Excellent understanding of marketing principles, including market research, branding, digital marketing, and proposal writing.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, develop effective marketing strategies, and identify new business opportunities.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
- Proven track record of delivering results and achieving business targets.
