Event Planner/coordinator

In your role as an Event Planner, your duties and responsibilities are recorded as follows:
Planning of events including décor, menus, beverage lists, guest lists, and order of events
Designing advertisements for our social media pages
Designing of new menu layouts
Invoicing, receiving of payments, allocation of payments, following up on outstanding payments, and daily reconciliation of accounts
Managing house accounts
Attend weekly management & progress meetings
Coordinate birthday parties, anniversaries, staff functions, Christmas parties, etc.
Work on huge budgets and must be skilled at big-budget events.
Must know about colour coordination, creating themes for each event, sourcing fresh flowers, decor, and equipment; be skilled at planning table settings, etc.
Must do admin as well
Must be prepared to work long hours
**Travelling with the family during December**
**Salary market related - depending on experience and what you are currently earning**
The above-mentioned duties may be updated and expanded on from time to time.
**Own transport a must-have**
**Must be single**
**No dependants**
