**About Us**:
A catering company is looking for a dynamic **Senior Catering Manager** to oversee a number of catering contracts and lead a team of staff to ensure service excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day catering operations, ensuring high-quality food and service.
- Manage catering staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs.
- Work closely with chefs to maintain menu quality and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability of catering contracts.
- Drive operational efficiency and implement best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in catering or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple events and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Own transport and willingness to travel.
