**Role Purpose**
The Talent Attraction Consultant will be required to give input on talent acquisition initiatives and contribute to the overall Talent Management strategy, operational plans, governance and policy execution. The Talent Attraction Consultant will coordinate and administer day to day talent acquisition within the MDS Human Capital department. The incumbent will be responsible for the implementation of the talent acquisition processes, relevant sourcing techniques and appropriate assessment frameworks, while ensuring compliance and adhering to employment legislation.
**Requirements**:
Qualifications:
- Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in human resources or any other relevant field.
- Registered Psychometrist/ Industrial Psychologist (essential).
**Experience**:
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a Talent Attraction role preferably within the financial services industry.
- Previous experience as in a generalist or specialist function, such as Talent Management and OD being advantageous
- Experience with digitization and agile work methodologies will be an advantage
**Duties & Responsibilities**
Coordination:
- Coordinate all components of recruitment and talent acquisition
- Coordinating of interviews, psychometric testing and verification checks within relevant time frames
- Partner with HC Business Partners and Leaders to attract the right talent that is in line with the business strategy for Momentum Distribution Services.
- Contribute to the recruitment process by keeping abreast of developments or innovation within the talent acquisition environment
- Track and drive the recruitment process
- Maintain and update recruitment tracking documents and follow up on outstanding
Psychometric assessment practice
- Evaluating and advising on suitable assessment battery for position
- Report writing
- Introduce best practice thought
Relationship building with relevant stakeholders:
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders for recruitment
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver on expectations of clients and internal and external stakeholders.
- Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within area of responsibility
- Provide authoritative, expertise and advice to clients and stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver on service level agreements made with clients and internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that client expectations are managed
