Preparation of client quotations based on the previous year’s invoiced amounts considering any discounts, scope changes, overruns and ad hoc work/non-recurring work
- Client feedback from the ‘client kick-start meeting’ wherein they post-mortem the past reporting Suite and discuss the reporting suite requirements for the ensuing financial year.
- Quotes are required to be at the rates for the ensuing year and include quoting for design, typesetting, language services, placing adverts, printing (litho and digital), mail room services and mailing costs.
- Progress billing schedules
- Ensure client job bags have been opened for the full reporting suite on the Production system
- Prepare and load Cost Sheets for each element of the reporting suite on Production system
- Internal interactions such as Traffic manager, Production team, Mail house and printers, Freelancers, Finance
- Client liaison
- Keeping clients abreast of the project timelines slippage
- Communication channel between the client and production for reporting element documentation, scope changes, element documentation pages etc.
- Signing off print proofs at the printer
**Qualifications**:
- University degree/diploma in finance and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position or business
- Matric with at least a C pass for maths and at least 3 - 5 years’ experience in the financial reporting industry or a large advertising agency where they were responsible for servicing several client campaigns simultaneously.
