With an inspirational PR strategy and agency already in place we have an immediate contract opportunity for a dedicated PR coordinator to stylishly glide into the Poetry and Poetry of Living team and, without breaking stride, make the magic happen by collaborating with the team, taking ownership of the role, filling the gaps and supporting the agency on execution.

What you’ll do
In this role, which runs from ASAP to the end of May 2025, you’ll be the key driver behind Poetry’s PR efforts, ensuring our brand resonates with the right audiences.
From managing our PR calendar to coordinating memorable press drops and events, you’ll ensure every detail reflects our brand’s beauty and authenticity. You’ll also cultivate relationships with our “brand friends,” media, and influencers, making sure they feel as connected to Poetry as we do.
**Your role**:
**PR calendar management**: Keep our PR plans organized and aligned with our overall marketing strategy, ensuring timely and impactful execution.
**Strategic gifting and press drops**: Coordinate our gifting strategies to feel personal and meaningful, leaving a lasting impression.
**Event coordination**: Work closely with agencies and suppliers to plan and execute events that embody the Poetry ethos.
**Relationship building**: Foster strong, genuine relationships with media, influencers, and brand partners, ensuring they remain advocates for the Poetry brand and feel connected to all that Poetry does.
**Press and sponsorship coordination**: Act as the key point of contact for all press requests and sponsorship opportunities.

**Skills**:Proven experience in all the roles described.
A curatorial eye.
Strong team-working skills while also able to take the initiative and the reins, and own projects from beginning to end.
