**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective PR strategies and campaigns.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
- Monitor media coverage and manage the company’s media database.
- Coordinate press events, conferences, and interviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging.
- Handle crisis communication and respond to media inquiries promptly.
- Analyze PR campaign results and report on the effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or a similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with media monitoring tools and PR analytics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and PR software.
