We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented PR Assistant to support our public relations and communications efforts. The ideal candidate will assist in media relations, event planning, content creation, and administrative tasks to enhance brand awareness and reputation. This role is perfect for someone passionate about PR, media, and brand storytelling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Media & Public Relations Support Assist in building and maintaining relationships with journalists, influencers, and media contacts. Monitor media coverage and compile press clippings and reports. Draft press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials. Support in media outreach and follow-ups for press coverage. 2. Content Creation & Social Media Assist in creating engaging content for press materials, newsletters, and website updates. Collaborate with the marketing team on social media content that aligns with PR campaigns. Help in managing brand messaging across digital and traditional media platforms. 3. Event Coordination Support the planning and execution of PR events, brand launches, and press conferences. Assist with guest lists, vendor coordination, and logistics. Ensure press kits and promotional materials are prepared for events. 4. Administrative & Organizational Support Maintain PR databases, including media contacts and press coverage records. Coordinate scheduling for interviews, press briefings, and meetings. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for PR initiatives. Qualifications & Experience: Experience: 1-2 years of experience in PR, marketing, or a related role is preferred. Skills: Strong writing and communication skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail. Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms. Key Attributes: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Passion for media, branding, and storytelling. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
