**Job Overview**: We are in search of a high-caliber Business Development Manager to enhance our enterprising team. As a cornerstone team member at our rapidly scaling firm, you'll spearhead the global expansion of our HOUST property franchise, blending strategic vision with hands-on execution.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with our Growth division to synthesize customer insights and understand market dynamics within your territory.
- Forge and execute strategies to scale our franchise blueprint internationally.
- Undertake comprehensive research to align prospect needs with our offerings.
- Articulate the HOUST franchise proposition, engaging in persuasive contract negotiations.
- Map markets to proactively unearth and court new franchise partners, contributing to our aggressive growth trajectory.
- Strive for, and excel in, achieving pre-defined key performance benchmarks.
**Performance Goals**:
- Conceive, action, and manage a business plan centered on growth and client contentment.
- Cultivate and uphold constructive client relationships.
- Assiduously track and strive for the company's strategic objectives.
- Administer all commercial-related fiscal documentation.
- Mentor and enhance the prowess of the sales force.
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years' tenure in business development or comparable positions.
- A distinguished history in sales and business expansion, with an emphasis on tangible results.
- Extensive B2B sales familiarity, with a penchant for the tech landscape.
- Adept at concluding deals between £100k - £1m.
- Background in recruitment will be viewed favourably.
- Prior exposure to the tech sector is advantageous.
- A track record of significant sales advancement.
- Expertise in customer relations, marketing, or sales-supportive roles.
- Robust grasp of business development and sales advancement methodologies.
- Outstanding leadership in project management.
- Superior communication skills, both orally and in writing.
