Responsibilities Prospect and qualify leads for executive search and recruitment services. Conduct sales calls, presentations, and demos to showcase Keller's value. Build and maintain client relationships, understanding their hiring needs. Collaborate with recruitment teams to tailor proposals and close deals. Track sales pipelines, metrics, and forecasts using CRM tools. Participate in market research to identify new business opportunities. Support marketing efforts, including events and content promotion. Requirements Experience in sales, preferably in recruitment, HR, or B2B services. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools. Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting targets. Attention to detail in managing sales data. Ability to work independently in a team-driven setting. Adaptable to fast-paced sales cycles.
