- To develop and implement marketing, engagement, communication plans, campaigns, and initiatives that support the Momentum Metropolitan marketing and business objectives.**Requirements**:

- B.Com. Communication or Marketing degree.
- Degree/ Honours in Communications or Marketing.
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
- External web experience and core marketing campaign experience.
- Experience within financial services, or FMCG specifically, would be advantageous.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Keep abreast of trends and best practices within the marketing and communication field.
- Partner with clients and stakeholders and provide expertise on packaging campaigns for multiple stakeholders marketing purposes.
- Contribute to the development of multiple stakeholder marketing strategies and policies.
- Draft and implement consumer marketing, engagement, and communication plans.
- Continuously improve the effectiveness of the multiple stakeholder marketing and communications activities.
- Liaise with stakeholders to build marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Draft clear and concise briefs in response to client needs.
- Advise and guide stakeholders on creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns.
- Work collaboratively within the business unit to provide an effective and efficient service.
- Manage the expectations of clients regarding the status and completion of individual campaigns.
- Manage the delivery of consumer campaigns and initiatives on time in full.
- Support in the preparation of collateral required to address external stakeholders and/or represent the Momentum Metropolitan brand.
- Engage, monitor and influence the full marketing value chain to deliver high quality marketing initiatives.
- Drive the implementation of Momentum Metropolitan communication and marketing strategies that support strategic business objectives.
