We are seeking a dynamic **Marketing Specialist** to join our team and drive strategic marketing initiatives for our Mining Portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop a comprehensive **marketing strategy** for both local and international events.
- Design and implement **6- and 12-month data acquisition strategies** with clear metrics and targets.
- Oversee the organization of **internal and external promotional activities**, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with budgets.
- Coordinate and manage all **direct marketing plans and activities** to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring the **highest levels of service** and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain **systems & processes** to report on marketing activities effectively.
- Provide ongoing **campaign performance reports**, leveraging data insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Stay up to date with the latest **digital and traditional marketing tools**, evaluating their potential to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Manage and monitor marketing **budgets**, delivering accurate forecasts and reports.
- Train and develop **Marketing Coordinators** to enhance team capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in **Marketing Management**.
- Minimum of **3 years’ experience in a strategic B2B marketing role**.
- Proven track record in **developing successful marketing campaigns**.
- Strong knowledge of **complex databases and segmentation techniques**.
- Ability to track, analyze, and optimize **marketing performance data**.
- Strong expertise in **digital marketing techniques**.
- Excellent **project management skills**, from planning through to execution.
- Strong **interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R22 000,00 - R24 000,00 per month
