**Assistant Manager - Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assisting management with managerial and administrative functions of the store
- Assisting with the Training, Motivation and Supervision of the sales team and admin staff
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Ensuring the shop merchandising and retail standards are maintained at a high level
- Generate sales in the store and achieve set sales targets
- Assist customers in the store and maintain exceptional customer service levels
- Build, maintain and consistently grow a portfolio of ongoing clients
- Promoting the company’s own range of products
- Keeping up to date with industry lighting standards, technology, and designs
- Assist in other areas of the retail store such as merchandising and stock control

**Requirements**:
Matric certificate.

Drivers License.

Relevant industry experience at supervisory level.

Must be a people’s person with strong selling skills Strong communication and writing skills.
