Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory and security controls.
- Drive performance by monitoring sales and motivating your team to achieve monthly targets and incentives.
- Maintain top-tier customer service standards throughout the store.
- Train and develop team members for future growth opportunities.
- Manage costs effectively while maximizing profits.
- Actively participate in the store’s daily operations, including floor work and event planning.
- Commit to a strong community presence and engagement.

What You’ll Need:

- Minimum qualification**:Matric**with 3-5 years of sales or retail experience.
- Be an **AVID** reader
- Leadership experience: 3-5 years managing teams in a sales or retail environment.
- A diploma or degree is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and merchandising in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work retail hours and handle physical tasks.
