Junior HR Administrator

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Job Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng

Job Summary:
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Manage HR-related documentation such as offer letters and employment contracts
- Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily tasks, such as preparing reports and managing calendars
- Assist in organizing company events and initiatives
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Modderfontein, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
