Develop and execute a resource plan to meet the needs within area of responsibility
- Ensure recruitment of required resources on-time within area of responsibility
- Implement effective talent and succession management within area of responsibility
- Enable and support line managers with effective discipline and employee relations processes to implement and manage performance management processes within area of responsibility
- Ensure HC reporting is effective and accurate within area of responsibility
- Ensure sound employee relations through engagement with line management, employees and shop stewards
- Support the HR Manager SA in implementing change initiatives in collaboration with line management to address business problems
- Observe and ensure compliance with Safety, Health and Environment standards

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- University degree in law, business or social sciences.
- 3 - 5 years of relevant HR experience with previous experience as HR Manager.
- Broad knowledge of HR policies, procedures and systems.
- Knowledge of talent and recruitment management.
- Knowledge of performance management principles and procedures.
- Knowledge of local regulations and legislation related to area of work.
- Knowledge of administration processes.
- Sound knowledge of relevant HR systems.
- Understanding of project management principles.
