Human Capital Coordinator

Provide timeous recruitment, selection and placement support for positions at A-C levels inclusive of ATR’s & VA’s, interviews, background checks, onboarding, induction plans etc.
- Assist employees with HC administration processes, procedures, and queries
- Maintain and ensure that all employee information is processed by payroll within the prescribed timeframe.
- Support line management with performance management process
- Capture all Skills Development data and assist with the co-ordination of the annual BBBEE audit
- Coordinate employees exit process and maintain liaison with relevant Line Manager and other relevant parties
- Support Human Capital Programme implementation
- Maintain employee records through electronic and paper filing systems
- Provide standard monthly management reports on human capital
- Ensure HC data integrity
- Comply with governance, compliance policies and procedures
- Comply with Safety, Health & Environment standards
- Assist with general Human Capital ad hoc requests

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Grade 12
- Human Resources Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years related experience
- Possess basic understanding of regulations and legislation related to HR
- Knowledge of talent, recruitment, and HR administration processes
- Knowledge of performance management principles and procedures
- Knowledge of Human Capital systems preferable
- Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
