- A client in the Crypto market is seeking a marketing specialist to lead their marketing team in terms of Marketing strategy and hands on experience with SEO/SCO**KEY DUTIES**:

- Set marketing goals and objectives
- Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy
- Contribute to the overall growth of the company
- Review and manage content marketing strategy
- Determine KPIs for the marketing department
- Increasing brand awareness
- Keep the marketing budget in check
- Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports
- Work with sales and IB Department
- Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy
- Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions
- Analyse company's marketing strategy and suggest improvements
- Stay up to date with the latest technology
- Stay up to date with the latest best practices
- Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns
- Drive revenue through marketing activities
- Develop the structure of the business’s marketing department
- Approve marketing campaign ideas
- Managing the marketing department's staff
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices**Inherent Requirements**

**Non-negotiable**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing field
- Marketing Degree
- Being client-centric
- Hands-on experience and knowledge on CRM, SEO and SCO
- Hands-on experience and knowledge with online marketing platforms/tools
- In-depth knowledge of big data analysis
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
