Your key **job** responsibilities as the **Product Marketing Specialist** in **Cape Town** will include:
- Together with the product team, identify and articulate customer benefits of their products
- Lead development of marketing deliverables/content (e.g. sales enablement documentation, case studies, product videos, website copy, etc.)
- Conduct market, competition, and customer research for the product team, sales, and marketing to stay up to date with current developments and to understand how their products compare
- Help translate the story of their products into demand generating activities
- Monitor the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage, make improvement suggestions to the product team and marketing departments
- Manage and drive the go-to-market process for new product introductions. As well as coordinate the communication part of the go-to-market planning, and ensure products are compatible with their positioning and brand
- Conduct customer research to understand where they search for value and align the company’s message with their expectations
Requirements for this **Product Marketing Specialist job** in **Cape Town**:
- 3-5 Years of experience in a SAAS Product Marketing Specialist role
- Hospitality Tech experience would be a benefit
- Proven track record of working in a similar role
- Experience working on Global Brands serving multiple markets and languages
- Story Teller
- Analytical and organised individual who is also proactive and results orientated
