Babylonstoren is looking for a passionate, friendly customer service officer to join their dynamic online shop team.
Key functions will include, amongst others
Receiving telephone calls
Handling personal shopper duties
Administering the online shop’s support platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)
Supporting the operational team with daily administrative tasks
Minimum requirements
A completed national senior certificate qualification (matric/Grade 12)
A relevant tertiary qualification
At least two years’ experience in customer service
An e-commerce background will be beneficial
Fluent in Afrikaans and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional telephone etiquette and good interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Computer literate
Neat and detail orientated
Team player attitude
Available to work on weekends
