This campaign focuses on both inbound and outbound collections, managing various back-office tasks, and handling general inquiries. As a key team member, you will respond to all calls with professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness, adhering closely to campaign guidelines, scripts, and systems.Efficiency is paramount as you manage customer contacts, consistently meeting or exceeding company expectations. Reporting directly to a Team Manager who began their journey as an advisor, you'll benefit from their firsthand experience and dedicated support.
