The Closer Collective is seeking a driven and fluent Afrikaans-speaking Lead Caller with at least 6 months of real estate experience. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to homeowners, gathering valuable information, and generating leads for our sales team. As you will be working remotely, a reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently are crucial.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to homeowners with the aim of generating qualified leads.

Clearly communicate the benefits of our services and engage homeowners in discussions about their property needs.

Schedule follow-up appointments or consultations for the sales team.

Use CRM software to log and track all customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and lead generation quotas.

Stay informed about the real estate market trends, particularly in the South African context, to have relevant and engaging conversations.

Continuously improve call scripts and strategies based on feedback and results.

Requirements: Language: Fluent in Afrikaans and English (both written and spoken). Experience: At least 6 months of experience in real estate, ideally in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing (required).

Technology: Must have a reliable laptop and a stable WiFi connection.

Remote Work: Ability to work effectively from home and manage your own schedule.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications: Familiarity with lead generation processes in the real estate sector.

Experience using CRM systems and other lead tracking tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert leads into appointments.

Ability to adapt conversation styles depending on the homeowner's needs.

Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.

Resilient, with the ability to handle objections and rejection while staying focused and motivated.
