Role Overview

The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, building professional relationships, and engaging them through personalized outreach messages. You will play a vital role in initiating contact, nurturing relationships, and setting appointments with global clients for our senior consultants.

This is a remote, commission-based role ideal for someone who enjoys networking, communication, and international B2B engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn, Google, and CRM tools

  • Send personalized connection requests and messages to targeted prospects

  • Engage confidently with global clients across LinkedIn, email, and other channels

  • Qualify leads through effective communication and schedule discovery meetings

  • Maintain accurate lead data, notes, and activity tracking in CRM systems

  • Support business development team with warm introductions and client follow-ups

  • Achieve weekly KPIs for messages sent, responses received, and qualified leads generated


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in B2B lead generation, client outreach, or sales

  • Excellent English communication (both written and spoken)

  • Confident messaging and engaging with international clients professionally

  • Skilled in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, Lark Suite and CRM platforms (HubSpot/Zoho)

  • Strong research skills, organization, and attention to detail

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Located in South Africa with reliable internet access


Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with clients in research, consulting, or digital marketing industries

  • Knowledge of AI-based lead generation tools, CRM systems, and outreach automation

  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and pipeline management

  • Prior remote work experience in a performance-driven environment

  • Proven ability in arranging client meetings and facilitating potential collaborations

  • Ability to communicate professionally with global decision-makers through LinkedIn, email, and virtual meetings

  • Skilled in tracking outreach performance and preparing brief client engagement reports for management
