**About Us**

We are in the market for Customer focused and resulted oriented individuals, with sound problem solving and interpersonal skills to deliver effective engagements to customers in the USA for one of our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of 15 to 20 debt collection agents, with the potential to grow the team to a larger headcount.
- Set and monitor performance goals and metrics for the team to ensure successful debt recovery operations.
- Develop effective debt recovery strategies and work closely with stakeholders to achieve objectives.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary action plans.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the collection process.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in leading a successful debt collection team.
- Post-matric qualification in a relevant field.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- In-depth knowledge of debt collection processes, laws, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
- Comfortable with USA working hours and willing to work night shifts.

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Randburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- of debt collection in leadership: 3 years (required)
