**What We'll Bring**:
TransUnion has embarked on a multi-year program to rebrand its entire line of B2B products globally, and we are building out a small team of program managers in the Brand team to support end-to-end delivery of this critical, high visibility program around the world. This is a high profile program with CEO-level visibility. As such, we are looking for a polished, seasoned and highly capable and experienced PMO lead to help us lead this change throughout all international regions.

The Senior Director, PMO lead will drive this effort in partnership with regional program managers and with the direct support of a small team, while also coordinating across a large number of partners and stakeholders. This role will also be accountable for implementing proper governance and management of the program in region, while coordinating with central functions to ensure timelines and plans for support are on track.

Delivering on this sizable and complex undertaking requires tight integration and collaboration across global technology, solutions, product marketing, marketing, branding, legal and operations as well as the regional equivalent and local teams. Ensuring strategic alignment, transparency and governance of scope, work effort, timing and funding decisions is critical to a successful effort.

- Establish a clear vision with delivery roadmap including interim milestones and long term measures of success
- Identify cross-impacts, dependencies and impediments to progress and ensure they are addressed
- Take action to tie up loose ends and make sure all necessary tasks (large and small) have been completed, milestones have been reached and risks are mitigated
- Actively seek ways to improve current program operating model, systems and processes as necessary to support the regions while ensuring effective use of central resource time and capacity
- Actively review schedules, plans and processes to avoid unnecessary time or cost overruns
- Ensure standards of excellence in delivery and accountability to timelines is met, and explicitly define consequences of not achieving delivery standards and timelines
- Ensure senior leadership is engaged around the right topics at the right time and supported by relevant information and reporting
- Develop and maintain project plans for each region and each central workstream (in partnership with workstream leads and regional PMs)
- Manage and ensure regular progress updates for each region and workstream and ensure follow-up items are addressed and timeline remains steadfast, or manage expectations accordingly

- Experience successfully leading multi-stream or multi-site projects, delivering coherent, workable solutions
- Experience running a PMO team, including the ability to coach, teach and hold team members accountable to tasks
- Self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and cross-functional matrixed environment
- Excellent written, visual and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical topics to a non-technical audience, and business needs to a technical audience
- Strong time-management, organization skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent influencing skills and have demonstrable experience in realizing and driving forward a cohesive program of work with the ability to resolve interdependencies across the company.
- Rigorous, logical thinker with the ability to identify and articulate rationale, assumptions and risks
- Ability to drive to clarity in the midst of ambiguity
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility and build shared understanding across lines of business and functions; work well in cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders
- 10+ years of professional PMO experience, strong business acumen and strategy expertise and branding fundamentals.
- Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques, particularly agile methodologies. PMP, Agile or SAFe certification is a plus.
- Global information solutions, finance or technology background a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree a plus.
