An extremely friendly and detail oriented individual to join our clients team as a Guest relations or Airbnb host.

**Who are you?**

- You have good organizational and time management skill
- You're able to work in a fast pace environment
- You have good customer service skills
- You work well under pressure
- You have good problem solving skills
- You're able to multitask
- You're able to stay calm under pressure
- You're a good team player
- You have good motivating skills

**What's the role?**

**You will be responsible for**:

- Providing guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
- Being hospitable, welcoming, and providing accurate and up-to-date information about the home and surrounding area.
- Greeting guests upon arrival and providing key information about the area, and help guests with any questions they may have.
- Making sure guests are aware of local amenities and attractions.
- Providing clean sheets and towels, as well as making sure the apartment is in clean condition at all times (this will be done by our cleaners but the person has to check on them and report to us if not up to standard).
- Keeping your calendar up to date.

- Relevant qualification
- Working experience in Hospitality industry - advantageous
- Must Have your own car and reliable transport
- Excellent computer skills
- Must have your own laptop
