**What You’ll Do**:
As our Senior Dialer Manager, you will:

- Oversee and optimise day-to-day outbound dialer operations for US and UK markets.
- Lead the configuration, monitoring, and strategy of predictive, progressive, and preview campaigns.
- Ensure full compliance with TCPA, FCC (US), Ofcom, and GDPR (UK) regulations.
- Drive innovation through automation, AI technologies, and advanced data insights.
- Collaborate across sales, marketing, compliance, and IT teams.
- Lead and mentor a Junior Dialler Manager, establishing global best practices.
- Deliver insightful reports and analysis on KPIs like AHT, conversion, CPA, and list penetration.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in dialer management within outbound call centers.
- Proven experience in managing international campaigns (US & UK).
- Expertise with dialer platforms such as Connex, Genesys Cloud and Q-Contact is essential
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, BI tools or reporting platforms.
- Strong understanding of telecom and data privacy compliance (TCPA, FCC, Ofcom, GDPR).
- Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience mentoring technical or operational support teams.
