**Core Purpose**:
The Dialer Administrator will be responsible for real-time monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing first-level support for any dialer-related escalations. This role will also involve user management and various ad hoc dialer and operational responsibilities.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Real-time monitoring of agents and dialer functionality
- Ensuring the lead counts of leads loaded match the leads received
- Creating and managing users and user groups
- Managing the ticketing system
- Providing ad hoc reports
- Managing dialing modes as requested by management
- Basic first-level troubleshooting and on-floor support
- Importing data as required
- Performing ad hoc tasks as needed
- Exporting leads from Q Contact for Champion Challenger
- Assisting with project-based tasks
- Managing CLI (Caller Line Identification)

**Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**:

- Senior Certificate / Grade 12
- 1+ year experience working with Excel
- Knowledge/experience in Power BI is advantageous
- 1+ year experience working with dialer software
- Strong multitasking ability and the ability to work under pressure
