**Job description**
- We are seeking a Business Development Partner - EPM to expand our market presence and position Adapt IT as the trusted partner for enterprise performance management. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives on building relationships at executive level, navigating complex sales cycles, and securing high-value opportunities.

As our Business Development Partner, you will:

- ** Drive Market Expansion**: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the EPM space.
- ** Be a Trusted Advisor**: Engage with C-Suite executives, understand client challenges, and design tailored EPM solutions that solve real business problems.
- ** Lead Solution Expertise**: Position our solutions in financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, BI, and planning as best-in-class.
- ** Build Partnerships**: Collaborate with technology providers, consultants, and industry leaders to unlock new opportunities.
- ** Empower Sales**: Support sales teams with insights, proposals, and product demonstrations to close high-value deals.
- ** Stay Ahead**: Monitor market trends and competitors to inform strategy and maintain Adapt IT’s position at the forefront of EPM innovation.
- ** Collaborate for Success**: Partner with marketing, technical, and product development teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.

**Minimum requirements**

**What We’re Looking For (Desired Experience and Qualifications)**
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field. (Master’s degree or certifications in EPM/Project Management are a plus.)
- ** Experience**: Proven track record in business development, sales, or technical leadership within Enterprise Performance Management, financial management, BI, or planning software.
- ** Expertise**: Deep knowledge of financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, BI, and planning tools.
- ** Engagement**: Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Experience with CRM and project management platforms.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable leading independently or within teams.
