This includes enabling partners, onboarding new vendors and dealers, and strengthening relationships with commercial call centers, insurance partners, approved resellers, and selected motor dealers. The role carries a defined sales target and focuses on increasing net billable fleet growth across the partner network.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow the Direct-to-Market Partner Channel, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market objectives. Enable partners through training, onboarding, and regular engagement to ensure long-term success. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conducting market research to track trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements. Develop, execute, and maintain key account plans, including call cycles, quarterly reviews, and growth strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM, including sales activity, forecasts, and customer engagement. Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
