**Location**: Midrand, South Africa
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Partnering with the business and advising on the full scope of HR services with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Manage and Report on day to day HR processes such as Talent Development, Recruitment, Training & Development, On-boarding, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits.
- Establishing and maintaining HR partnerships with employees and across all divisions in Sub-Saharan Africa.
- Leads Onboarding and Integration of new talent into our affiliates.
- Leads/participates in specific local and regional projects within the Human Resources area.
- Lead and manage annual submission to Department of Labour and Food&Bev SETA.
**We value**:
- A Bachelor's degree in Labor relations, Business Administration, or Economics with Human Resources specialization
- 5 years’ related experience as HR Business Partner within a multinational company
- Experience in working with SAP-HR and highly proficient in MS Office
- Experience driving process improvements, a self-starter & autonomous HR professional
- Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate at several levels of internal management
- Excellent English, both written and verbal
